Biblical Answers to Kids’ Big Questions About God

 

Are you looking for a summer of FUN, FAITH and new FRIENDSHIPS for your children?

This is our 6th year running an extended summer camp program. Children come back every year to enjoy Bible stories, songs, crafts, games, field trips, water days and sports all guided by caring staff dedicated to helping kids shine God’s light!

This year kids will ride a wave of fun and excitement in Big Wave Discovery!  Your kids will have fun imagining getting together with friends at the beach while learning biblical answers to their big questions about God, Jesus, the Bible, prayer, the church and more.  They’ll discover that their faith in God is grounded in the truth of the Bible.  Each uncovered truth will strengthen their approach to every situation in life. 

First through fourth graders will have great fun putting on weekly skits to drive home the Bible lessons and participate in exciting science experiments.  All children will complete daily activities to help maintain their academic skills throughout the summer.

Choose as many weeks as you would like from our seven week program.

 

AGES

3 years old (must be 3 years old by September 30, 2011 and potty trained) through rising 4th graders

CAMP SCHEDULE

Half Day selection: 9am – 12:00pm (no lunch) – snack provided

Full Day selection: 9am – 3:00pm (bring a bag lunch) – snack provided

 

Extended Care:

Morning Care: 8am-9am

Afternoon Care: 3:00pm - 5:30pm - snack provided

 

CAMP TEACHER: CHILD RATIO

Children may be grouped by age based on class size. Class attendance will be capped to the numbers below and registration is on a first come first serve basis. No exceptions.

3 years old: 2 Teachers: 12 children

4 years old: 2 Teachers to 16 children

5 years old: 1 Teacher to 16 children

1st - 2nd grade: 1 Teacher to 16 students

3rd - 4th grade: 1 Teacher to 16 children

 

SUMMER CAMP WEEKS

  Week 1: June 27– July 1

  Week 2: July 5*- July 8 (July 4th is a holiday.)

  Week 3: July 11- July 15

  Week 4: July 18 – July 22

  Week 5: July 25 – July 29

  Week 6: August 1 – Aug. 5

  Week 7: August 8– Aug. 12* (August 12th is a half day.)

 

Tuesdays – Water Day for all Campers
Fridays – Fieldtrips (1st-4th grade) & Adventure Days on campus (3-5 year olds)

Please note July 5th is a holiday and August 12th is a half day

 

CAMP FEES

5 Full days $200 (Child 1)/week         5 Half days $160 (Child 1)/week
5 Full days $175 (Child 2)/week         5 Half days $135 (Child 2)/week

Full Camp (all 7 weeks) $1,200 (Child 1)
Full Camp (all 7 weeks) $1,000 (Child 2)

After care (3:00-5:30pm) $40/week
After care (3:00-5:30pm) 2 children $65/week
Before care (8:00am-9:00am) $25/week
Administration fee $25/family

 

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT
1. $25/ family administration fee is due upon enrollment
2. Enrollment is complete when all forms are submitted and the administration fee + the 1st week payment are paid (weekly parents) or the administration fee + the first 2 weeks payment are paid (full program parents).
3. $15 delinquent account fee is applicable for any returned payments
4. Weekly payment must be received no later than the Friday before the week of camp.
5. Payments are accepted by check, cash or credit card.
